1 cup oatmeal flakes

2 Tbsp dried goat’s milk

Warm water

2 tablespoons avocado oil


Put the oats in a food processor, blender or coffee grinder. Choose the maximum grind mode to get the finest grind possible.

Check to see if the oats are ground enough. Pour warm water into a glass and add a pinch of oats. Stir it around. If the oats dissolve in the water and the water looks like milk without liquids or sediment, then the oats have dissolved well enough. If not, place the dry ingredients in a gauze bag before adding them to the bath water.

Add dried goat’s milk to the ground oats.

Fill the tub with warm water. Pour the oat mixture directly into the water or tie a gauze bag to the faucet so that running water will flow through it.

Pour avocado oil into the tub. Stir gently.
